February 2010 – The newsletter indicated that the work to replace the HVAC system and to replace the roof
was in work.

February 12, 2010 – The General meeting minutes, item 6, noted that the work was not complete and that the
diffusion of air was a problem.

March 26, 2010 – The Board meeting minutes, item 27, reported that the HVAC system allows more noise to
escape the range and a noise assessment was authorized.

May 14, 2010 – The General meeting minutes, item 5, indicated that the noise assessment resulted in the Club
being in compliance. Item 6 noted that the engineering company needs to change the engineering so that the
contractor can make the indicated changes and finish the job.

October 8, 2010 – The General meeting minutes, item 6, noted that the new diffusers were installed but need
to be balanced.

November 26, 2010 – The new HVAC system resulted in a higher electrical usage by 38% and a natural gas
usage by 2.13 % for an increase in expenses of 52%.

April 8, 2011 – The General meeting minutes, item 7, reported that the remodeling of the bathrooms was
complete.

July 8, 2011 – The General meeting minutes, item 9, summarized the modification of the HVAC system as
follows:

 Only one bid for modification of the HVAC system, the required electrical system installation and the
roof replacement was obtained.

 Hurst and Burr was awarded the contract and contracted Westco to install part of the HVAC design
which they did according to the engineering. When the system did not perform according to design, Westco
was not paid. At that point, it was discovered that Hurst and Burr had gone bankrupt. Westco sued the club
and took out a lien against the Club’s building. The lawsuit was scheduled in court in June 19, 2011 with Lee
Ormiston Club representative and Nevin Seeger as legal council. On legal advice, Westco accepted an offer of
$24,000 to pay the lien off and close the lawsuit.

April 27, 2012 – The Board meeting minutes, item 1, noted that the roof and electrical work had been
inspected and approved.

April 27, 2012 – The Board meeting minutes, item 2, indicated that the sound deadening insulation on the east
range was complete.

May 11, 2012 – The General meeting minutes, item 1, reported that the new hood installation was completed.

May 25, 2012 – The Board meeting minutes, item 1, reported that the HVAC system had been inspected and
approved.

May 25, 2012 – The Board meeting minutes, item 3, noted that a request to run a summer bullseye league was
made.

September 28, 2012 – The Board meeting minutes, item 1, indicated that the irrigation system modifications
had been completed.

 

October 31, 2012 – At this time, the following Club activities are active:

 Pistol Winter League – Monday evenings for 20 weeks starting in October

 Action Handgun (Pin Shooting) – Tuesday evenings all year

 Smallbore practice – Wednesday evenings all year except for the Winter League

 Smallbore Winter League – Wednesday evenings starting in October

 Junior practice – Thursday evenings all year

 Pistol Summer League – Monday evenings starting in July and ending in September

 Pistol 2700 Competition matches – Last Saturday of each month starting in September and ending in April
